Property abroad: how to spend money?

For quite a long time, many Ukrainians are closely looking at foreign real estate. And they are not only looking, but also actively buying apartments, houses.

Moreover, each pursues his own goal – one wants to spend his personal free time there, and for the other it is another commercial step towards the growth of real estate prices. Both in the first and in the second case, the acquisition gives its positive results.

So, it is much cheaper and more pleasant to have a rest in your own comfortable country houses abroad than to travel by tour as you know where and how. For the money that will need to be spent on a hotel, in your house or apartment you can chic the entire season, if only your vacation allows it. It is for this simple reason that many Ukrainians now acquire housing abroad, sometimes additionally also receiving a residence permit under a simplified scheme.

So, you have purchased a home and must remember that it will require monthly maintenance costs (payment of a communal flat, security, etc.). In addition, renting is not a stable and not year-round concept, so that in certain seasons you can suffer losses not only because of a lack of clients, but also because of the whims of nature (storm, hurricane, typhoon, which can destroy housing).
